ABOUT ME
As a licensed mental health counselor with a background in Art Therapy, I specialize in helping children, teens, young adults, and families in navigating a range of life experiences. I build a therapeutic relationship based on openness, trust, and safety to support my clients' emotional experiences to work towards problem solving and fortifying their relationships with others. I work to support my clients in building upon their innate resiliency and develop skills that they can utilize throughout their lives.
I offer therapy to children, teens, young adults and families, as well as parent coaching services. I utilize evidence-based practices alongside a client-centered approach to work collaboratively with my clients to build problem solving skills, understand and regulate emotions, improve relationships, and work towards self-identified goals.
Seeking support for yourself or your child can feel overwhelming. Together, we can approach your concerns creatively and work towards realistic and manageable solutions. I provide a therapy space that welcomes the difficult topics and allows room for exploration and growth.

I am empathetic and direct as I help you to explore your emotions, symptoms, and experiences. I believe that you deserve a partner in your therapy journey, and I will be active in the process alongside you, offering feedback, gentle challenges, and support. With extensive experience in addressing trauma, I also use a trauma-informed approach in gaining an understanding of your emotions, relationships, and experiences.
